Once you've reached out to us we will send on your ideas to our design team to create the various drafts required
crafting stage
When the design has been finalised, we'll send out the cad files to our skilled jewellers so they can work their magic
delivery
Once your piece is finished we'll do a final quality assurance check to ensure it's perfect, then ship it straight to your door

Frequently asked questions
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. All orders will be sent with First Class insured shipping for no extra cost.
how do i pay?
We require a small initial deposit to begin the design process. We'll then send you a quote for the entire product and will require a 50% payment before production and 50% upon completion.
What is the return policy?
Due to the bespoke nature of these products, we do not accept returns. If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are ethical, high quality and a fair value.
